Alanor And Thylinagoken
As Alanor saw the dragon burn the town down. He couldn’t wait for it to be done. He would have gone down there to help but he felt like watching it happen and hear the screams. He didn’t feel any sympathy for the town because he liked terrorizing places. He had already destroyed 23 villages and killed hundreds of people.
Many hunters and the kingdom had tried to catch him but they couldn’t, they were either too slow or he would kill them. He liked the color and feeling that the fire had. It was thrilling yet scary. He loved it.
When Thylinagoken was finished razing the town, Alanor would ride him back to their base and chill for another week, their hunger for destruction and death satisfied. It was a pretty good life, it was better than being a store clerk at a kingdom that oppressed people and your business.
Alanor would eventually attack the kingdom itself but it was too big of a job for now. He had to recruit some others. He had a few in mind but he was trying to build his reputation. He would go for them in two weeks, and attack the kingdom itself in 6 months. It was all planned out in his base.
Alanor’s spear in hand, he walked down to the village to clean up the rest of the people. It was a good day to be alive for him and not for them. Damn.
28 Days Of Fury
She saw the trouble going on down below in the city. People turning against each other under her rule. She tried to stop the fighting, but no one would listen to the Queen.
Having nowhere else to turn, she called on the warrior of the town. The one every leader called on when they needed to teach the people a lesson.
A quick meeting between the queen and warrior settled this matter. A week later, the queen gathered her family and friends, taking them to a town far away from their castle. The warrior sent a dragon over the town once the queen and her family were gone.
He watched from a mountain, twenty-eight days the dragon visited the town, sending fire on everyone and everything in its way.
The queen was enjoying her peace and quiet while her people ran for their lives.
Dragon
I saw my village off in the distance. I hadn’t been back in 5 years. I hadn’t heard much about it in the years that I’d been gone, as I was too busy with my travels to even care. If only I had listened to them, I would have come back sooner. I would have kept them all safe. But, I think that this was also my fault, because out of all the places I explored, one of those places was a cave. I took an amulet that I thought I could sell. Turns out everyone though that it was cursed or that there was something bad about it. Of course I continued to hang onto it, and once I felt that I was done with my travels, I headed back. Now ... I watch as my entire town is burning, right in front of my eyes. There’s only one thing that I can do to fix things, and that, is to go down there and let the dragon take me. There’s not much that it’s going to do for those who are already being eaten by the flames and the dragons angry maw, but it will be penance for causing all of this to happen. I doubt that I’ll survive, but I won’t just sit around and watch while everyone dies because of me. My smell was strong enough here that the dragon must have believed that I was still there. I don’t know what else to do, other than to push down my fear, and carry on into the dragons fire.
The Silent Warrior
Blazing infernos of rage rose up from the dry wood of the poor villagers’ humble huts, courtesy of the oversized armoured lizard as it soared high above the village. Roars sounded out between it belching fire, shaking the whole area around the tiny village. The only saving grace was the lack of people in the immediate vicinity,as they’d already been evacuated.
Well,that was a slight lie.
There was one person.
It was a person, yes. Though there was no way it was human as it simply trekked through the flames,as if they were mere bushes. This also included the lust for it’s target’s destruction shimmering in it’s shadowed eyes.
It hefted a 7 foot pole, the end of which was attached a thick, sharp piece of silver-like metal material that seemed to be glowing a gentle white pulse.
Stalking up to the raging beast that had in the time they spent in the flame with weapon in hand, they readied a strike to take it down. Thrusting the weapon into the back of the skull of the dragon made quick work of the, before ravenous beast.
