To be a leader you have to demonstrate courage honor respect and integrity to the ones who are following. When you are teaching they need someone who is willing to listen as well as speak. Someone who won’t leave them incompasitated or in the dark when they should all be able to freely express themselves and speak up if they feel any type of way. They need someone who is reasonable and understanding not someone just who will solidify their own thoughts and feelings who does not even care about how the others feel. Being a leader is not for everyone it honestly takes courages to stand up and speak out knowing they might have to stand alone.
