In the beginning was the bang.

Infinite density and heat finally gave way to an explosion of massive proportions.

Galaxies, stars, planets, spun like cotton candy.

Among the galaxies, some planets of dense dead rock. Others sustaining life. Life that became sentient. Sentient life that became advanced, and destroyed themselves.

The dance of creation and destruction continuing to this day.

But eventually the universe will expand no further. It will reach the end of its tether, and begin to spring back.

Then after countless millennia, it will reach that point of Singularity again.

Finally, the whole process will begin again.
