Your haiku is perfect! I love it! 😍
My feet are always cold so flip flops in winter at least give me a reason- better than still shivering in my fluffy socks and mukluks🥶😂
Yes, why would you wear flip-flops in the snow!? 🤣
I don’t know if you know the tradition with haiku that the writers often answered a haiku with a haiku. Using part of the first poem. So, I thought it might be fun to leave an answer-haiku:
My flip flops a flop
Soft rubber frosted hard
In toe snowflake shivers
(I wanted to attend the Write Together this evening, but my spouse just found out that he has a spot at the in-patient pain clinic for two weeks and this is our last evening together before he goes. So, I wanted to spend the time together! Hope to see you again at one soon!)
