**Alex:** I can’t believe you did this to me! After everything we’ve been through, this is how you repay me?

**Jordan:** Oh, come on, Alex! You’re acting like you’re perfect. What about all the times you ignored me or made me feel like I was invisible?

**Alex:** Don’t you dare turn this around on me! I was busy with work, trying to provide for us. That’s not an excuse to cheat!

**Jordan:** And what about my needs? What about the fact that I felt completely alone in this relationship? You never cared to notice!

**Alex:** So you just decided to find comfort in someone else’s arms? That’s your solution?

**Jordan:** Maybe if you paid attention to me, I wouldn’t have had to look elsewhere! You pushed me away, Alex!

**Alex:** I pushed you away? Or you just wanted an excuse to do what you wanted? This is your fault, Jordan, and you know it.

**Jordan:** My fault? I didn’t want it to happen, but it did. Maybe if you were around more, we wouldn’t be in this mess.

**Alex:** Oh, don’t give me that! You made a choice. You decided to betray our trust, not me.

**Jordan:** And you think you’re blameless? You think your neglect wasn’t a betrayal too?

**Alex:** At least I didn’t go behind your back and lie about it. I was honest about why I was distant.

**Jordan:** Honest? You call working late every night and barely speaking to me honesty? You shut me out!

**Alex:** And you gave up on us the moment things got tough. You took the easy way out.

**Jordan:** Easy? Do you think any of this is easy for me? I’ve been miserable, and you didn’t even see it!

**Alex:** You know what? Maybe we’ve both been miserable. But that doesn’t justify what you did.

**Jordan:** Fine. You’re right. It doesn’t. But where do we go from here, Alex? Because I can’t keep pretending everything is okay.

**Alex:** I don’t know, Jordan. I really don’t. But right now, I’m too angry to even think straight.

**Jordan:** Then maybe we need some time apart. To figure out if there’s anything left to save.

**Alex:** Maybe we do. Because right now, I can’t even look at you without feeling betrayed.

**Jordan:** And I can’t keep living in a relationship where I feel so alone. So, maybe time apart is best. For both of us.

**Alex:** Maybe it is. But this isn’t over, Jordan. Not by a long shot.

**Jordan:** No, it’s not. We have a lot to talk about. But not tonight. Not like this.

**Alex:** Agreed. We’ll talk. But for now, I need to cool down. And so do you.

**Jordan:** Fine. Take your time. We’ll see where we stand after that.
