Victim has been reported as Shelfrut Oakenfield. A local legend for slaying 5 chupacabras with a **broken** dagger and a “mug” of blood left in him whilst protecting 3 lives of early youth.

Main suspect is the one who broke the dagger, Witch of the Betrothed: Alitas R Finklidudeen, who is currently under hunt of the Pursuit division.

Eyewitnesses claim to have seen the two together, sitting across from each other in intense, harsh dialogue before the witch stormed out. Imprints of the Betrothed’s magic were reported to have remained, however these were gone by the time of our arrival. Such is an explained detail as the witch is quite advanced and imprint time is recorded to be for only 30 seconds.
