The darkened waves crash on the shore

You wish this beach day would last some more

The blue sky is becoming orange and pink

Straight out of a painting made of ink

The beginning of the end is here

And the most beautiful part of the day is near

As the sun rolls behind the waves

The darkness reached the caves

The rays streak across the sky
