The bright yellow sun in the corner of the page, Each scribble gracefully out of the bounds he drew, The questionable, charming lines in crayon, This boy’s work is stunning! The five, unpropartionate stick figures that are wonky-shaped is a marvelous choice, With the red rooftop house the same size, And the smiley faces show lots of character, lots of emotion, It all correlates spectacularly! Don’t get me started on the peculiar ones, The quirky, strange pieces that evoke much thought, Where you have to nod and go along with it, Even though at that point you’re just trying to deny beauty. He used colors that go together exceptionally, The chocolate brown, hot pink, Sea green with other colors jotted on top, It’s like he learned color theory! There’s so much to unpack in these pieces, So much story only the infant mind can comprehend, I’m not even sure if this artist knew what he was doing, But either way, he has undeniable talent! This young boy’s work is just begging to be shown to the world, It’ll move nations if it’s seen, So I’ll hang it up for him, Using a letter magnet on our fridge.
