Where thoughts lurk in a

never ending complexity,

is where we find ourselves

lost,

Lost in the loop of hypothetical’s

and concealed rage,

The Underworld is where

emotions are frozen, no escape,

covered in a layer of dark frost,

We never really do anything

to tame it, to learn how,

because it scares us—the

thought of people knowing

what really goes on in

ourselves—so we simply

hope and wait for a better

day,

But, you see, in the process

of hiding ourselves, some

don’t realize “hiding” is

not “helping,” the more

one waits, the more one

is lost,

Feelings are heavy but

beneficial things, we

cannot simply push

them away.
