Today was a day to remember. I finally met her. She is beautiful, smart, funny, and oh so very happy. I've learned that beauty often comes from happiness. Happy people, are by default beautiful. There's simply no denying it.

This woman has been through a lot. She has had more dark and cloudy days than sunshine. But today was the day. She inhales a deep breath, fills her lungs with satisfaction, and exhales the past. She lets it go, to make room for another deep inhale sucking in pleasure from the oxygen that fuels her mind, her body, and her soul. There are less dark days now. And today, is the brightest of days. For today, she is able to look in the mirror and accept who she is, and how far she's come. Today, she has met the happiest woman in the world.
