The Revelation

The father, mourning his son

The aunt, praying for her part

The mother, crying in bonton

All whaiting in the room full of art

The dead man laughed, knowing he won

The soulless daughter, waiting to get home

The broken wife, damned forever gloomsome

As for the rest of the family, they came none

When the notary sat, he remained speechless

Never did he see a man wielding such malice

He cleared his throat as at the sad family he told

“My dear loved once, I gambled it all”
