It’s the middle of November and I'm trudging through three feet of snow because, much to my dismay, bodies don't just bury themselves.
Write a story starting with this sentence.
Dead
My dog died and it’s been a terrible day. He was just laying on the floor lifeless when I got home from work. I’m not sure what happened. He was all I really had. Now I’m all alone. I have to bury him although I wish I could stay with his corpse forever.
