Isabelle may be eight months pregnant but one morning she wakes to find herself with a flat stomach and no longer carrying a baby. When confronting others, no one seems to have any knowledge of her pregnancy, not even her husband.

The scene has been set, now write a story using it. Does Isabelle hysterically seek answers? Could it be that her whole pregnancy was a metaphor for something greater?
