Liv’s heart dropped. She was 153 years away from her soulmate.

Liv looked around at the people behind her, some anxiously tapping their feet and glaring at her.

She walked away with the image of Mark Elsen in her brain. The thought of not having a soulmate for her lifetime crushed her. Liv had hope she would end up like her parents. They were soulmates at just fifteen years apart.

“Liv! Hey!"

She glanced up to see Pam coming toward her.

“How’d it go? Who’s your soulmate? Or when I should say?” Pam grinned. “Mine is already born isn’t that awesome!”
