“I love you, I truly do” such words spoken like a poem

as she spoke those words

the world beneath her shattered

those words spoken full of sorrow

were the last words to be heard from her

as she took her final breath

(Note: I do realize the prompt is for more light-hearted things, however I prefer to write sadder stuff when it comes to poems.)
