One eye peered out from behind a blanket of thick, greasy, black hair. The eye was red and bloodshot, yellow puss dripped from the inside corner and oozed down the side of its nose pooling in the crevice between the nose and cheek.

The cheek flesh was webbed with spidery green veins against the pale yellow skin.
