The wind howled in the forest, brushing past each tall, eerie tree. The sun was still low in the sky the world cold without its warmth. The predators of the night only now going to bed.

Just as then night began to part heavy feet hit the ground. A woman running away in pure terror. the weighted breath that escaped their lips coming out in a fog. Behind the panicked woman was a Ghost. It stalked her through the forest. Racing eagerly at the women in an attempt to attack her.

The translucent entity had sharp teeth. Its face stretched in a horrific way. Its gnarled fingers outstretched towards its target. The sight alone being enough to make a war vet cry.

The woman stubbled, falling into the dirt. Her knees slightly bruised because of the impact. She wiped around to see the creature preying over her, a long tongue lolling out of its mouth. Ready to consume the women's soul in an instance. " Please leave me alone." she desperately cried out. Using her hand to protect her face.

The merciless beast was about to suck away her soul before an enchanted arrow penetrated its body. A fearless soldier emerged from the hillside. They were draped in a cloak, the hood covering the hero's face. Though the Ghost immediately recognized the person. " Neven..." the twisted soul murmured. The man removed his hood. Daring to reveal himself to the ghost. " You won't haunt any others." he promised. the Ghost snarled at him before charging at Neven.

The then engaged in a heated battle. The clashing of powers echoing in the forest. The scared girl had scampered off by now. The fight seemingly raging on forever.
