Nighttime Backstabber
One night:
“I hate her so much-“
Second night:
“She’s being nice all of a sudden,”
Third night:
“A hangout won’t be so bad!”
Final night:
“Why is she acting so suspicious?”
“It’s so your fault we broke up!” Aubree screamed at me in the hallway, “You—I thought we were friends. But apparently not anymore!” She stormed away and I made eye contact with a couple of other students.
I ran down the hall, chasing her at full speed, “Aubrey! It’s not my fault! He doesn’t want you anymore, so just accept that!” I then paused, and stormed to class.
I faced to the back of the class where Aubrey was sitting, and she was eyeing me like and eagle.
“Miss. Aubrey please answer the question.” Miss Lauren called with no response, “Miss. Aubrey Davis.”
The class erupted with laughs, “Sorry miss.”
After class I stopped to talk to her, “Kameron doesn’t love you. Accept that.” I said in a stern tone.
“Yes he does! You just tricked him! You lied.”
“Can you forgive me?” I said, in a joking manner.
Her face changed into a mysterious expression before saying, “Yes. Yes I can,” she smiled and walked off.
After school I texted her, “So we good?”
No response.
Suddenly my entire friend group erupted with, “Kick her out!” “She’s horrible!” “My boyfriend left me because she lied.”
Then I was kicked.
“We can hangout if you want!” Aubrey responded.
We made plans to hangout the next day and when it finally came, she wouldn’t let me touch her bag. During the night I awoke to a sharp pain in my back.
“This is for me, this is for my ex boyfriend, and this is for revenge.” Aubrey whispered before the pain stabbed me 3 times.
“She would die right after righting that. Thank you for watching the news this morning and coming on this journey. Its known as the Nighttime backstabber.”
Aubrey stopped, “That’s not me.” Her mind swirled before stopping in an old family portrait.
“Damn you, Abigail.” She said as she crossed an ex over her twins face, “You said she canceled, you said it was her fault. Why would I believe you?”
