POEM STARTER

Start a poem with an onomatopoeia and end it with a different one.

An onomatopoeia is a word that mimics the sound of something such as bark, boom, or screech. These sounds can tell a story if used effectively!

Late

Bark Bark

If only I could tell her she’s going to be late

If only I could tell her there’s no time to wait, oh how I hate how I can’t talk nor walk on 2 without being on high legs. For when I try I they look like pegs!

Hurry Jazzy your going to be late no time to wait!

Whimper Whimper
