A person has a wide mouth, and he is at the dentist. Okay so, the person next to them has like this smaller mouth. They are going to the dentist. The smaller mouth person, her name is Amy, looks at the other guy, a guy with a big mouth. He has a little apron on, like the one you get when your teeth is worked on. It is very cute. So, Amy opens her mouth, a small little like baby like cavity, and says, “You have the tooth ache also? I got mine yesterday!” She is happy about enthusiasm.

“Ah yea, there is a black hole on my tooth. It is from cavity from sugar from Halloween this evening,” He smiles wide, his teeth taking up the real estate 🏡 on his face. He starts after the awkward silence lol, “You have small mouth no?”

“I have small mouth haha,” she gets the joke!
