Questions

What is it we live for, what we yearn to find?

Is life the ties that bind, or a tapestry of lies?

I'd say I'm wise, yet I ponder goodbyes,

Does life end or begin anew, with old friendships left behind?

In suspense, I'm confined, the secrets remain unclear,

Do we ever know if God truly cares or is it all mere?

By the window, I sit and peer, into the depths of life's sphere,

Staring at the sky, pondering why we're here.

How do the skies work, I ponder with bated breath,

What defines my existence, what brings life its depth?

Is God real or science the guide on this quest?

In silence, I think, the answers remain unconfessed.
