and then suddenly my whole world crushed apart. they had broken up with me on a random saturday, close to valentine day. but the part was we ended on good terms. it wasn’t bad right? i can still ask to be friends? so i texted him. “can we still be friends?” and he respond seconds later saying yes. but then i got to thinking. we reconnected so many times before this relationship started. maybe it’s time to let go. but i didn’t want to. every part f my soul and bones was attatched to his. my spirt was guided by him but mine was grey to his. sadly, the next day i messaged him saying wee shoukd no longer be in contact and we should let go of eachother for good. then, blocked. i didn’t want to do this. i had to. not only for my well-being but for his. maybe the universe will reconnect to us in the future if time tells.
