arms outstretched
life is a game
you win
or you lose
either can be bad
but when i met you, i know i’d lost this game
i’d never be able to win you
you’re always just out of reach
my arms outstretched
leaving me vulnerable to the harm this game causes
you were my downfall
you were the reason i lost this game.
