Loss Of My Everything

I’m a chef, I can’t just not taste things. I need my taste and my smell, or how could I complete my job? Maybe I can make it, maybe I can’t. I don’t know but I can try. So I’ll have someone else taste what I make and tell me if it’s good, but will they know the way I like it? Or the way the customers like it? Ahhhh what can I do?
