STORY STARTER
What are the moral repercussions of Laura and Mary's actions, and how do they grapple with these consequences?
Moral Repercussions
Laura starts suffering from nightmares starting three days after the murder. She was in shock for the first days and barely spoke. As she goes on her way she starts zoning out and tries to distance herself from Mary, as she is not fully aware of the true nature of the murder. Mary notices and tries to pull her back, and in the end is mostly successful in getting Laura to open up. Mary struggles to fully love Laura as she did before the murder because of her strict morals and catholic guilt.
