Upside Down
I look out the window seeing my wife.
The tears running down my bruised bloody cheek.
As I know that I have to protect myself with a knife.
Upside Down, Upside Down, Upside Down.
I have saved my kids from the pain I endured.
I walk downstairs towards door.
Staring at the banister knowing there will be one more.
Upside Down, Upside Down, Upside Down.
I was a battered man,
Protecting my home from the monster that lurks.
I wanna be as free as a song bird.
Upside Down, Upside Down, Upside Down.
The monster enters the door.
I slayed the beast my pain was no more.
Then I carried the beast straight to the banister.
Upside Down, Upside Down, Upside Down.
There my children hang, cold and lifeless.
They are finally safe from the beast they called mom.
I left the beast hang there too, my hunts all laying in a row.
They are all Upside Down, Upside Down, Upside Down.
