Oxygen For The Burn
If desires are a flame, then I am a wildfire.
Every man who ever thought he could “love” me just made it worse..
more reckless, more untouchable.
You can’t smother what was born to burn.
You can’t scare a woman carrying the rage of generations.
I’m mesmerizing. I’m terrifying.
I’ll laugh while I burn it all down and dance in the ashes.
Your hunger only feeds my freedom.
My need to run faster,
to blaze hotter,
to stay untamed.
Living safe was never in my stars.
Stop, drop, and roll… if you think it’ll help.
