**Whispers in the Moonlight**

**Whispers in the Moonlight**

In shadows cast by moon’s soft glow,

A secret love begins to grow.

Two hearts entwined,

their pulses race,

In hidden corners of time and space.

Their stolen glances,

furtive smiles,

A dance of secrets across the miles.

He, a poet with ink-stained hands,

She, a dreamer with feet on sands.

They meet where stars dare not intrude,

In whispered words and quietude.

Their love a flame that flickers bright,

Yet hidden from the world’s harsh light.

He writes her verses, sealed in rhyme,

She reads them under moon’s soft chime.

Their secret love, a fragile bloom,

A hidden garden in the gloom.

And when the dawn begins to break,

They part, hearts heavy, souls awake.

For in the daylight’s harsh embrace,

Their secret love must leave no trace.

But still, they meet when shadows fall,

Two souls entwined, against the wall.

Their secret love, a fragile thread,

Woven in dreams, where stars have bled.
