meaning vacant, aimless, unfilled, devoid

Which would define my life, my soul, my world,

If of your presence I found myself void.

Dully bland days, frightening sleepless nights,

No appetite, empty plates, messy room,

Isolation has never felt so right.

I close off myself as the flowers bloom.
