Promise me you won't laugh at me,

But I accidently embarrassed myself today,

I was roaming in the hospital,

But then I knocked down a nurse with a food tray.

The soup and water spilt all over the floor,

And my white shirt was stained with juice,

The nurse was fuming,

And I tried to come up with a good excuse.

I tried to walk away,

But I slipped on some water,

I felt like an idiot,

And I could hear everyone's laughter.

The nurse helped me up,

And I muttered a 'Thank you'

I ran out of there as quick as I could,

With my legs covered in soup!
