To a broken healing soul.

When you look in the mirror,

Don’t be afraid of what you see.

You are worthy to be here.

Believe that you are beautiful.

Listen when the people say

You are a lovely person.

Don’t let the darkness take you.

Look within and love yourself.

After all,

That’s where the healing starts.

Love yourself, as you

Walk out in to the world.
