I had a night of stars

That I so much love to look upon

Stars so bright

They were blinding

Then you came along

And I offered

That you stay with me

And watch the stars with me

How nice of you

To stay and watch with me

You made stargazing

Much more enjoyable

You named each stars

And made them special

And i thought

This would never end

I barely get to,

See you around

Stargazing with me

Became a burden to you

You came along again

To tell me how miserable

It has been not stargazing

With me

I didn’t enjoy it anymore

I mean

Watching the stars

With you

It came as a shock

As you took all the stars

Leaving me in complete

Utter darkness

I’m all alone

Trying to shine

On my own

The starlight that I am
