Violet Scams, A Elderly Man
Seen one
violet : it’s a beautiful day outside, but sadly, I’m in a gas station because I have to work
Narrator : a man comes into the store
The man / Roger: hey having a nice day today
Violet : yes but I hate this job! It’s so annoying
The man : but why is it so annoying?
Violet : because I barely get to hang out with my friends anymore, and I barely even get paid I get paid six dollars like an hour because everything in here is so cheap
The narrator : he goes to pick up a Snickers bar
The man : Can I just get the Snickers bar
Violet : hey Siri that be $2.99 oh wait sorry I said it wrong it $$19.45
The man : what just for a Snickers bar that is crazy expensive but OK I’ll pay for it
Narrator: so the man pays for the Snickers bar that was supposed to be $$2.99 but the girl wanted more money because she only gets paid six dollars an hour so she scammed him
Violet: ha ha my plan worked perfectly. I got more money now but it’s only up by 19 dollars and $.45 but I only got up a little bit so it’s OK. I can just keep doing this now.
Narrator: the manager, Laura comes in.
Laura: excuse me what are you doing?.
Violet : nothing!.
Laura : What do you mean nothing that man just walked out with a snickers bar that was supposed to cost three dollars but he said to me it was 19.45 no! Are you scamming people?.
Violet: no not at all it was $19.45. Check the price tag again.
Narrator: so Laura goes to check the price tag and the price tag says $2.99.
Laura: it literally says right here $2.99 you scam that person you’re gonna have to owe the money now. Violet take this seriously you can lose your job.
Violet : who cares I only get paid six dollars an hour I can find a better job than a stupid gas station.
Laura: it’s not that I pay you six dollars an hour. It’s to get experience for a better job one day.
Narrator: Violet does not care and walks out I quit she says Laura thinks that Violet just needs some time to cool off and will come the next day.
Laura: did she just quit? I don’t know, but we’ll see tomorrow I guess. (She says in her mind.)
Narrator : the next day.
Laura : why is she not here yet? Did she actually quit? I’m gonna have to look for new people then oh no this is gonna be bad. she was the only good employee. she did all the stuff right except for yesterday. She was like she just lost her mind. Over cash she could’ve asked me for a paycheck or a raise, and I would’ve gave it to her.
Violet : i’m so glad I’m out of there. That was a prison compared to where my next job is gonna be. except I don’t know where I’m gonna work maybe McDonald’s but also do they even pay good? Because I’m not working there if they don’t, let’s go check.
Narrator : the McDonald’s says they’re hiring and they say they pay $20 an hour an hour so she goes to work there the end.
