The Cursed Key

For such a little key,

What it opens, is very big.

The size of a castle,

Towering above the clouds.

Locked in a casket,

Surrounded by the loud.

Making such a racket,

Taking all the sympathy.

An evil thing it is,

Yet people value it.

A tiny little key.

Everyone is forced to flea.

Pain is inflicted

By a tiny key.

Shouting and screaming,

Pouting and reaching.

Reaching for the hopes that this nightmare will be over.

Cursed and malicious,

First to be delicious,

to a frog.

For, a frog has swallowed that key.

Not knowing what it has unleashed.

For that key to be reborn,

And emerge once again,

To kill everything in it’s path.
