many stories are written,

about the unrealistic concept of magic,

but i believe it appears in a different form,

one which is more sentimental and easy to believe.

it is felt when a loved one is near,

when they’re holding you close and comforting you in the dark,

it is felt when you think everything has gone,

but a tiny glimmer of hope appears in you to help you carry on,

it is felt when you feel pure happiness,

the bliss of being around family, and finally feeling free.

magic isn’t what you think it is, but it most certainly is real.
