Dear diary, today my teacher was found dead at the park near the school. They said she had suffered from multiple cuts and suffocation. I hope they figure out who did it soon. They’re not letting us go back to school until it is solved, they don’t want anyone else to be targeted. I feel bad for her family, they can’t just have a funeral right away. They have to wait until after they solve the case. It wasn’t like she had died from disease or old age, she was murdered. That much is clear. I have to go now, my mom is calling me for dinner.

Hello diary,

They found the body, I’m surprised they took so long. Apparently calling in sick for 20 days with the exact same words each time isn’t suspicious. Idiots. Maybe she would have suffered a better fate if she hadn’t refused to let me retake that test. No matter how many times I explained to her how much trouble I was going to get in for getting a C, she just didn’t listen. Well you know what they say, curiosity killed the cat. She was the one curious enough to walk to the park to see the “snapping turtles”. They weren’t even there in the first place, just a clever ploy to get her there. Anyways I have to get going, got to get rid of the murder weapon.

Dear diary, the figured out who killed her. My teacher I mean. I just can’t believe it, my best friend killed my teacher… my best friend. That’s right, my best friend Corbin was found guilty of the murder of Mrs. Jones. They marched right into his backyard and took him. I can’t believe this.
