The cursed Family

The bitterness between my twin sister tainted my lips and scorched the taste on my tongue. Who was once my best friend in the whole entire world became my greatest demise. We grew fond of each other; the same bed room, played with the same dolls. We loved each other presence up until present day.

That fairy tail can only be told when we was little. Now in our adolescents our personality have swayed in two directions. Catherine, just one minute older than me, feels she is entitled to everything. After she was caught in the school bathroom kissing my boyfriend. Things started to fell apart from there.

Having the most shaking and unstable family, things couldn't have gotten any better. I remember when my mom got a message and fell to the ground instantly and starting crying. It was the hospital calling about dad. Who later died that night, he drove straight off the Hudson's cliff in his car. "Don't leave the house tonight" As my mom warned my dad not leave the house that night but he ignored her cries. Me and my sister didn't know what was happening as we were only 4 years old.

Our mom went into depression and started using. She couldn't cope , now it has taken a toll on her. Visiting the hospital 5 times per week because she's diagnosed with lungs cancer. Me and sister's love for our mother is the only thing keeping us in the same house. Always frustrated of the way my sister do things that she does, I yelled "That's why dad killed himself". Her eyes opened wide and sent into shock mode. Tired of the ways she have treated me like a I'm a jacket to the family. Frustration fueled my body as I started packing my clothes, shoes every last one of my belongings.

The sound of Catherine barging in to my room shook the walls and made an eco. Intruded my privacy just to tell me I forgot to put back the ice tray in the freezer. Just the petty little things she yaps her mouth about. I ended up giving her the speech on why I hated her. She tried to hit me with a bottle but she missed and broke the window. So I looked around to find something to throw back, I threw the my school bag at her filled with books. She had turned her back and couldn’t see it coming. Surprised by the hit she hit her head into door hinges, she fell to the ground faster than rain. “Stop acting” I shouted in annoyance, she didn’t answer. “Get up” no answer I took a look for myself blood was all over the floor. At least she will see dad again.
