Train Exchange

“Don’t you worry about that? How much is it worth to you.”

The hooded figure closes the bag and pushes toward you.

“It’s not worth being tortured by Hela’s guardians again, that’s for sure. If I were you, I’d dump it as soon as you get off this train. This is trouble you nor I need right now.”

You push the bag back toward the hooded figure. “Since when have you ever backed away from trouble. We’ve made deals with far more dangerous objects before.” You pause for a moment as you reflect on your current situation and hesitate to reveal to much before finally saying. “The Makers took Gia and need to get her back before…” You can’t bring yourself to finish the sentence.

The hooded figure signs and reopens the bag. “Fine. 10,000 coins.”

“Come on, it’s worth more then that. Don’t insult me.”

“It’s worth our heads!” Sigh “Fine, 200,000 coins.”

“Sold.”

The hooded figure pulls out device and swipes across it a couple times. A ping it heard from another device inside your jacket pocket.

“Pleasure doing business, as always.” You get up to leave but before you depart the hooded figure says, “Hela will come for you, get your sister and flee far from here. Do not hesitate a minute longer then you have too. Stay safe.”

“You as well, old friend.”

The hooded figure laughs. “I’m dead already, girl. But not before I make a killing on this.” He pokes the bag.

You laugh and leave the train car, making your way back to your cabin.
