Write a Tanka on the theme of Friendship.

A Tanka is a short form of poetry with 5 lines; 5 syllables in the first line, then 7, then 5, then 7, and 7 in the last (5,7,5,7,7).

Lots of people on earth,

You and I lucky to get together.

Respect key to our friendship,

I never forget that along the way.

Uphold the same principles rest of life.

This poem is sweet! It feels a little like the flow of the poem suffered because you were trying to fit the structure which lead to some sentences missing some words needed to make a fully good and cohesive sentence!
