The high buildings glare down at us

The people running to and fro downtown

Their outrageous style is what they prefer

Bright and colorful makeup

Matched with hair all colors of the rainbow and more

They are above us because they have money

And we in poverty are simply disgusted

How dare they treat us like the grass beneath them

By trodding over our hands as they live each day

In their glass houses where they do worse than throw stones

They pity us and deem us as victims
