Tea Time
I grabbed a human finger from my plate and bit into it. The flesh was soft and tender, easily ripping of the bone. This finger was from my last victim, some guy trespassing in our territory. After I killed him, I cooked him and prepared to serve him at tea time.
My guests were all digging in and a drinking his sweet blood from the golden teacups.
“Oh, my. Where did you find this high-quality human meat?” Talia asked.
“In our garden,” I replied as I ate another body part.
“What could he possibly be doing in our garden?” Talia asked. “We don’t get many visitors too often.”
“I didn’t ask. Didn’t care either.”
“Is this blood A positive? It tastes a little salty.”
“Yes it is.”
“No wonder. I much prefer O-negative.”
“You’re quite the blood connoisseur.” I was slightly surprised. I continued to sip from my dainty teacup. I didn’t mind the saltiness. In fact, I quite liked salty beverages.
Rhea turned towards me and inquired,“When are you going to go hunting again? I want to come with.”
“Soon. I’ve been thinking about going tonight.”
“Ooh. Sounds fun. I’ve been itching for a hunt for a while now. Can you pass the thigh, please?”
We continued to chat as we all savored the human delicacy. After our meal was finished, we all bid our farewell, planning our next tea party for tomorrow at the same time.
