Anger
“Father, I heard you were a servant before.” My son said, since he has little friends I suppose he heard that from his mother.
“I was once a butler of the royal family, not a servant.” I corrected, “I’ve actually made a lot of money out of that job.”
“Father, then why did you quit that job?” My son asked curiously.
“Well, that’s a long story. To put it simple, I’ll just say their children had a very disrespectful attitude and think they were superior than others. It was really unpleasant there with them around.” I said, trying to remembering what happened in the past and that experience.
“Can you give me some examples of what you’ve said of them?” My son said, interested by the story of my old job.
“I think I remember a few. There were several butlers working there, one of them called John, he got split in the face. They split in his face then wonder why is so angry, they’re young and naive, they had no idea that peoples have their limits. That butler crashed out and slammed the dishes on one of the kid’s face. Fortunately, that kid survived that blow, we all thought that hit was lethal. The same can’t be said for that butler though, he’s probably still in prison.” I said all that I still remembers.
“Remember son, respect others, you’ll never know if someone is at their limits or not.” I lectured to my son. He nodded to show he will always remember what I juts said.
“Anyway son, it’s already late, how about I send you to bed?” I offered a favor.
“That’s nice of you, but I think I can do it myself, I do appreciate it though.” He replied then went to bed, then I left to do my own business.
