Freedom, Many people have died for it Many of which were young For it, they rioted. Freedom, What our country fought for Then this country became numb They fought in oppressiong wars. Freedom, Is it ever truly there? Many don’t see the reason Or truly they don’t care. Freedom, Paid for with blood What have we become Do we need another flood?

I love your interpretation of the visual. Many times doves or birds are used to depict freedom but because of the darkness in the photo it didn’t originally make me think of that!

Rainstorm

I wright young adult fantasy, and sci-fi. Some of my stuff will have characters from my WIP. My works may have LGBTQ+ characters in them. Some of my short stories will have part of my WIP’s in them.
