The sea crashed hard, But not like your death, One day, here, The next, only fear Your death Crushed Me Until I couldn't breathe Why'd you have to go, And leave me alone? Your death Crushed Me Life without you I can't begin to imagine Without your too-strong coffee And messy attempts at sorry Your death Crushed Me

I’m loving the pattern. The repetition and the way you chose to frame your words 💯!

My only recommend would be to end with “Why’d you have to go?” one last time. Your pattern has a natural push and pull. Every time you hit “your death crushed me” it flows back out again. What I suggested would just be a way to “complete the pattern” if that makes sense 🙃 Your poem is excellently done!
