Tinkerbell accidentally got shoved into the modern world. The last time she came it was after World War 2! She found herself also not in London, but in New York!

The tiny fairy had crashed into a giant billboard screen in Times Square. Blinded by the bright blue light, she quirkily flew until the lights dimmed. When she opened her eyes she saw that she flew way up high,and could see in the distance the Empire State Building.

 Tink looked in the other direction and saw the beautiful statue of Lady Liberty. Trying to figure out what had happened, she decided to fly back down and think. She flew until she saw a little rectangle building with an American flag on the side, and landed on the roof of it.   



  She saw a man with a tired expression wearing a uniform of camouflage ,walk up to the door of the building , pushed some buttons, and walked in. Hmmm, so this is an office for some Army soldiers apparently, she thought.
