Physical Description:Red hair tipped a deep black with two tufts of hair acting against gravity like the ears of a deer,complementing his red retina edged in bloodshot red. He wears an overcoat that is deep red in colour,and goes to just above his kneecaps,a matching red shirt underneath with a black bow tie. To top it off,deep crimson red trousers with ‘proper’ black dress shoes.

Background:He was a South America serial killer (nicknamed The Radio Demon for unknown reasons) in the mid-late 1920’s,the amount he killed unknown,but supposedly high. He also hosted a show that aired on radio during the same time as his murder spree,the actual contents of which are unknown,but are believed to be linked to his carnage. Now,he is an aid to a woman called Charlie,the owner of a budding hotel,helping both physically,and monetarily,with residents that defiantly are out of the ordinary.
