They say forgiveness is a virtue

But I’d rather keep my anger

Why pretend

When everyone could already know

Forgiveness is for people

Who have nothing left to give

Anger is for people

Who know what they are worth

I will never ever say

Forgiveness is a bad thing

But we spend it

Way to much

Anger fuels us

It fuels every relationship

It protects every thing we fight for

It is the reason we are alive
