Earth is the least recognized

Yet earth is an element

Of utmost importance.

Earth gives form

Earth gives life

Earth provides the structure

Through which the other elements flow.

Though its dull

And heavy nature

Makes it seem

Rough and cold.

Life flows

Never ending

Now and forever

Because of it.

It provides stability

Reminding us to go slow

Always with us

Sharing its nourishing nature.
