we were just kids we didn’t know what we were in for we were happy as best friends until it turned into more we could’ve taken it further but we thought we had lots of time we held back so much and then it was summertime we fell apart i missed him and cried all the memories we never made all the feelings i had to hide there was so much more so many words we never said so many hugs we never gave so many moments that were left dead we were worried it would go wrong that we’d make some big mistake but in the end.. we only regret the chances we didn’t take
