Aaliyah was terrified. Hibiscus was always so out going ever since going to actual school, making friends and going to large parties. Aaliyah hated big parties because of her fear of big crowds. Did that make the orangette care at all? Of course not. No matter how much she loved the other, Hibiscus always wanted to do things, not that Aaliyah minded giving up time to go on fun random dates, but sometimes it would feel too much to ask not to.
As the couple arrived, Aaliyah started to panic. All these kids she never knew existed were dancing, laughing, underage drinking! She hugged closer to the taller girl who looked around then looked back at her girlfriend. Hibiscus started to feel guilty for dragging her introverted, anxious girlfriend to the biggest party of the year, besides prom.
âHey baby, you ok? We can leave if you want.â Hibiscus says as some of her friends yell at her to get in the house. Aaliyah shook her head, not wanting the bigger girlâs reputation to get destroyed.
Walking in the house they could feel the floor bouncing up and down with the musicâs beat. The smell of alcohol and drugs soaked up the air around people.
âWhy does Hibiscus like going to these things??â Aaliyah thinks to herself as she gets squeezed between 2 teenage boys who look way younger then her by a few years.
2 hours later after the couple came to the party, Hibiscus walks up to the brunette girl drunk. Aaliyah was busy talking to her friends as she feels big slump arms on her shoulders and lips touching her neck. She freaks out, thinking itâs a random person, and pushed the taller away. She turns around to see the orangette looking confused.
âOh, it was you. Sorry sweety. How about we get you out of here before you do something real stupid in publicâŚâ Aaliyah can smell the alcohol coming from the others clothes. They start to head home, Hibiscus stumbling in the shorters arms.
